We gladly accept cancellations - Please request a cancellation within 24
hours of purchase. We don’t accept returns or exchanges, but please contact
us if you have any problems with your order. Returns and exchange details -
Because all of our labels are made to order, we do not offer full refunds
once the design process has begun. We do want all of our customers be happy
so we will do whatever we can to make that happen.
If, for any reason, you receive labels that do not reflect your information
provided with your order, please let us know and we will ship new labels to
you within one business day with Priority shipping. This is an extremely
rare occurrence and we try our very best to operate with 100% perfection,
but mistakes can and do happen and we are happy to correct any errors on
our end right away.
We are not responsible for spelling errors provided to us. We will copy
your information provided, so it’s important to review your order details
and let us know if there should be any changes within 1 business day of
purchase.
We want to get your labels to you as soon as possible, so we only send
proofs upon request. If you would like to see a proof of what will print,
include put PROOF REQUEST (in all caps) in the note to your order. Proofs
are provided in 24-48 hours, if requested.
We ship most orders in 1-2 days (after proof, if requested)
To prevent any delays with your order, be sure to include all information
in the “Add a Note to Your Order box” of your shopping cart. Missing
information may set back your ship date. Unless rush shipping is requested,
we ship First Class USPS with tracking. You can also upgrade to Priority
Mail (1-3 days shipping) or Priority Express Mail (1-2 days shipping) for
U.S. orders only
Priority Express Mail is the ONLY guaranteed way to get your package in 2
business days after your package is shipped. Please note that international delivery can take 7-21 days, according to the USPS.
